Furlong was selected to build the largest expansion in the 75-year history of Hollaender Manufacturing. The new fabrication building creates space for future innovation and enables a more effective workflow for Hollaender.
The project is a pre-engineered metal building with storefront and split face stone wainscoting. Interior design included office space, restrooms, dual-designed as shelter-in-place storm shelters and breakroom. Includes a drive-in dock door and two additional dock doors, LED lighting and a parking lot expansion with two crossover bridges for truck access, forklift traffic and pedestrians.
