Pete’s vast construction experience includes project management, estimating, and construction management, which includes value engineering, site logistics, critical path scheduling and cost control.
Pete has worked on a wide variety of projects that include a 143,000 sq. ft. big box warehouse building, a $1.3 million office renovation and remodel for a large industrial corporation, renovation of high technology testing laboratories, restroom and lobbies, and has worked on many tenant-finish projects.
Clear and regular communication is the hallmark of Pete’s service to his customers. He develops meticulous project specifications, budgets, quality control measures and cost analysis.
In 2014, Furlong Building Enterprises was named to the Northern KY Chamber of Commerce Emerging 30 list of region’s fastest growing companies and again in 2018. In 2013, Furlong was first named to the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Fast 55 List of the Tri-State’s fastest growing private companies and has made the list five times since then. The company has been awarded the Tri-State Success Awards for 2012 and 2013.
