We use this phase to capture our client’s vision for their project. Before any construction occurs, we employ a pre-construction approach to work on client expectations, an initial evaluation of the project, budgeting, and preliminary floor plans and design. We discuss possibilities for LEED usage and “green” options. Last, we create a site analysis—a master plan that may take parking, landscape and walkways in consideration.
We acquire all the building permits and site approvals so that we can present a realistic schedule and budget.
Our experienced team can complete pre-construction in a few weeks. This approach alleviates miscommunication, any delays, or unexpected issues on the job site. Most of all, this initial communication process enables us to stay on or under budget.
