The 8,300 sq. ft. Jeff Ruby’s project includes a full renovation of an event and banquet venue by fine-dining establishment, The Lempicka. Utilizing an art deco design, The Lempicka offers a luxurious background for weddings, corporate functions, social events, and fundraisers. The space which includes an eclectic atmosphere is located at the former site of Ruby’s former flagship restaurant in downtown Cincinnati. Renovation work included transforming the space from individual tables to flexible space for accommodating smaller and large groups. Furlong stepped back in time by saving the 1800’s bar. Also added new finishes, ceilings, lighting, and colors to adorn the multi-million-dollar venue, delivering amazing celebratory experiences for customers. A state-of-the-art kitchen was included in the renovation as well as restoration of the original bar. A new beverage area was added.
