Furlong built a 10,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose building that included renovation and new construction for the Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky. The facility includes 68 beds, doubling the capacity of the previous building and offers an on-site medical clinic, community partner meeting rooms, guest mail services, self-service laundry, showers, computer workstations, and meals.

Kim Webb, Executive Director

“Furlong has been top notch to work with from the original planning to demolition, construction, and renovation. The team has found ways to stay within our budget, make us feel that we were the only project that they were working on, and continue to be responsive after we moved in."
