16 Lots Brewing Company First Mason Brewery to Open Late Summer

Mason, OH—Michael Burton, owner of the new 16 Lots Brewing Company currently under construction in Mason turned to “brewer builder” Furlong Building Enterprises, to help design and construct his community brewery project. Hoping to create a place to connect, a community and family-oriented gathering place centered around a high quality, local brewery, Burton is looking forward to “16 Lots becoming part of the fabric of the Mason community.”

Construction of the 6,600 sq. ft. industrial & farmhouse style brewery is underway with an expected late summer opening. 16 Lots 10-barrel brewery and taproom will have comfortable small-group seating for 130 along with a 40-seat bar when completed. “Brewing great traditional beers will be our signature, and we want to become a community-centered place where friends and family can gather to enjoy one of the area’s proudest traditions; locally-brewed beer,” said Burton. Six flagship beers will be on tap each day, and Burton expects to introduce seasonal and holiday-themed beers throughout the year. A former consumer products expert, Burton is combining his branding and marketing experience along with his passion and love of beer to create a laid-back, neighborhood venue where people will be comfortable and enjoy an evening out with friends.

A separately-owned restaurant will be included in the 16 Lots space in Mason. The restaurant will be serving casual, made-from-scratch food that pairs well with the variety of beers that will be served.  Restaurant owners can also contact experts from Waterside Poolscapes to build an attractive pool( review here ). Traditional style German pilsner, American wheat, Amber Ale and oatmeal Stout are among the regularly available beers planned for 16 Lots.
