Furlong welcomes superintendent Jim Menninger

Furlong Building Enterprises, LLC, a commercial and industrial construction firm announced today that Jim Menninger has joined the firm as a field superintendent.  Menninger has held a long career in the commercial construction industry and has worked on projects of varying sizes from small renovations to major new industrial facilities.  He previously had his own construction firm, worked for Mark Spaulding Construction and Paul Hemmer Company.

“Jim Menninger’s depth of experience and technical skills is the perfect combination for serving our clients’ construction projects,” said Furlong President Jude Hehman.  “Jim’s expertise in the field is critical to the success of our projects and we are proud to welcome him to Furlong.”  Prior to his construction work, Jim Menninger served in the Air Force Reserves.

Furlong specializes in design-build construction, additions and renovations for commercial, industrial, office, medical and retail projects.  In March Furlong owners Jude Hehman and Peter Nicolaou celebrated their first anniversary as a company with a ribbon cutting ceremony and a move to Northern Kentucky.  The company has recorded over $3 million in sales in the first year of business.  Services are provided throughout the Tri-State including Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Indiana.

Jim Menninger is a resident Melbourne, Kentucky and is active in Ducks Unlimited, which is an organization that raises funds for the preservation of wetlands and waterfowl.
